Who I am
Spanner Studio is a one-person web design business in Luton, run by Danyal. If you have any question about your data, email hello@spannerstudio.co.uk.
What I collect
Only what you type into the preview request form or send by email:
- Your business name, trade and town
- Your email address
- Any link or notes you choose to add
To build your preview, I may also use details that are already public, such as your Google Business listing.
Why I use it
To reply to your request, build your preview and talk to you about it. I don’t add you to a mailing list and I don’t sell or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and passes form messages and emails to my inbox.
- Google provides my email inbox (Gmail) and the fonts used on this site. Loading the fonts means your browser contacts Google’s servers.
How long I keep it
If we don’t end up working together, I delete your details within 12 months of our last email. If we do, I keep what’s needed to run your website and for my business records.
Cookies
This site doesn’t set cookies or use tracking or analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Email hello@spannerstudio.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
